Some of the items not allowed in your garbage are: construction materials, hazardous waste, medical waste, tires, batteries, paint, appliances, and yard waste.
Most days, we will be up before the sun starting our routes, so we ask that you bring your bin to the road the night before your scheduled pick-up day. Please ensue your bin is brought to the curb with the lid opening towards the street.
While our 95-gallon bins are usually sufficient for a weeks worth of household garbage, we understand that some families my need more space. We are happy to pick up additional cans at a fee of $10 each.
While we don't have a set collection day for large items, we try to help our customers as much as possible in the form of special pick-ups, time permitting. Please contact us to arrange such pick-ups and for a quote. Additional fees will apply.
If the container was at the curb by 4:00 AM on your assigned collection day and was not serviced, check the container for a yellow tag explaining why the materials could not be collected. If you did not find a tag, please contact us so we can get your trash collected as soon as possible.
Depending on the severity of the weather, collection may be delayed. We will email all clients effected by the delayed pick up to let you know when your trash will be collected. Please allow 3 days from your regular collection day.
